About the client
A logistics company in Uzbekistan that delivers goods from abroad and sells them through a dropshipping model. The goal was to launch their own Shopify store to manage the full sales cycle — from product import to local payment and delivery.
Task
- Set up a Shopify store with light custom design adjustments.
- Automate catalog import and daily updates for stock and prices.
- Integrate local payments: officially connect Click via CardDNA and provide an interim flow for Payme.
- Enable multilingual, multicurrency support and phone-based login.
- Organize stable operations and provide continuous support.
This project was a new experience for us: on the closed Shopify platform we implemented functionality that didn’t exist there before — integration with Poizon and local payment systems. As a result, the client was able to launch a fully working online business and start scaling it.

Development timeline
Prepared a detailed scope to structure all integrations.
Selected a Shopify theme and added several branded custom blocks.

Built a product import module (by link and bulk), set up daily stock & price sync, and configured order flow with supplier links.
Checked payment scenarios and improved stability after official Click integration.

Launched a full-cycle Shopify store with automation and local payments. The team continues to provide active support.

Better UX, localization, and stability encouraged customers to complete more purchases.
Reduced manual workload

Non-standard integration solved
Shopify does not natively work with Poizon — but our team found a workaround with a proxy API. This solution was critical for project success and proved our ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Scalable foundation
The client is satisfied with the results and plans to expand the store into a full marketplace.
